• Magazine will hold about 1,000 retort pouches which are the thickest aluminum pouch currently
• Filler nozzles are not shown but they are part of the system
• One station has cylinders for steam injection i.e. superb vacuum or nitrogen flush.
• Unit is made in USA so that all parts are American vs something coming out of China with electronic component parts not available in North America.
• The plant was federally registered for fish, meat and fruit and vegetable
and inspected for Kosher, Halal, and organic. *(This unit was acceptable to all groups)
This is currently running a 5 ½ " wide pouch but the jaws will open to 8".
The video has it pumping sauce but, have also done things like soups and stews various food stuff.
Footprint is about 6' diameter with an extension for the magazine of about an extra 3'
Electrics: 120V/220Volts, Air Required.
