Also includes approx 79” long conveyor, with a 4” Wide, thermoplastic chain, Stainless Steel panels and base frame, adjustable side guide rails and legs, and a variable speed motor. Includes one labeling head consisting of: a die cast aluminum alloy frame, variable speed stepper motor, rollers, tensioners, and adjustable labeling head height. Features a product separator with one laterally adjustable rubber roller and variable speed motor adjustable for control panel. Label Width / Height: 5/8" to 8-5/8" (15mm - 220mm) (dependent on label head type) Label Length: 5/8" to 9-7/8" (15mm - 250mm) The Wraparound Belt Assembly is made of Stainless Steel with a Molded endless rubber belt (5 ¾” wide), and a variable speed motor. Belt assembly is height adjustable. The conveyor, wrap around belt, and label dispensing speed are synchronized through the SelfSet computer control system.
